Each club is required to send a minimum of 1 club representative or else your budget will be frozen.  

In addition, Budget Applications will be accepted starting 2/19 and will end at 5PM on Wednesday, 2/29.  

Also, additional information during the budget process will be posted on the "budget" tab on our website so watch out for that.

The Academic Affairs Office page provides information and a brief description about the staff and their duties.

The P.A.S.S. Tutoring page provides an application for students to receive free tutoring (provided by Undergraduate Student Government) as well applications for Tutors. 

The Academic Resources page provides a vast amount of free tutoring resources on campus as well as studying techniques and tips on how to achieve academic success.

]]>Vacant Senate Seats - College of Arts and Scienceshttp://www.stonybrookusg.org/home/2012/1/25/vacant-senate-seats-college-of-arts-and-sciences.htmlDeborah Machalow2012-01-25T22:37:35Z2012-01-25T22:37:35ZThe Undergraduate Student Government is seeking matriculated undergraduates in the College of Arts and Sciences to fill vacancies in the USG Senate for the remainder of the academic year.  Senators are obligated to represent the concerns and opinions of their constituents while proposing, drafting, debating, and voting on legislation and resolutions.  Senators are responsible for monthly written reports to their constituents, mandatory office hours, and attending all relevant meetings, including those of the Senate, its Standing Committees, and the Budget Subcommittees, when assigned.  Applicants must be able to balance their Senate responsibilities and their academic commitments and maintain a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.5.  They must be enrolled in a minimum of six class credits.  Qualified candidates must be able to consider and weigh the possible risks and benefits of choices, communicate succinctly and effectively in public, take ownership of their responsibilities and the tasks at hand, and have the ability to treat people fairly and make decisions in an unbiased manner. Interested students may submit their resumes and cover letters on Zebra Net before 5pm on Tuesday, January 31st.
